About the Course

Dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one is a gradual process. The Bereavement Journey course is open to individuals who have experienced bereavement at any point and in any manner.

 

Topics Covered include:

  • Attachment, separation, and loss

  • The impact and pain of bereavement

  • Adjusting to change

  • Dealing with anger and guilt

  • Coping with the reactions of others

  • Moving forward in a healthy way

  • An optional 7th session exploring the Faith perspective

Each session consists of two short talks followed by group discussions involving 6-8 participants.
