St Peter’s has links with Churches in northwest Uganda, in a place called Nebbi, and a group of 9 people from Yateley visited there in October.

They saw many things including the medical centre which, inevitably, seeks to maintain the health of a population with limited resources in a challenging environment.

We recently gathered that the water pump supplying this medical centre has failed – with a £5000 cost of replacement that they have no possibility of funding.

Will you please help us to fund a new water pump for the Nebbi Medical Centre? All of the cash collections, along with online donations, given in St Peter’s Christmas Carol Services, will go towards this appeal. Please help us if you can!
